Do I have to register and enter my personal data or I can stay anonymous?

During the check-out procces we will prompt for your name, e-mail and other non-required details. You have also the option to register as a user. Such a registration is not mandatory, but it will bring you a lot of positives, such as participation in regular awards, for example as a most active user or other on a random basis. How can I pay in Advisor.live?

Paying for a video session with Advisor is done as soon as you book a convenient time for you for holding it through the booking system with the free hours available for each advisor individually. We do not enforce the collection of monthly subscription. Contact us on the listed contacts or search the options at the site for prepaying a package of sessions with a discount for a specific advisor only if you think you will want to use multiple sessions. In respect of previously recorded video clips (the "Video on demand" section), we offer flexible pricing policy in the form of a monthly membership, timed pay-per-view rentals or a one-time purchase. Currently the only payment method is PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you will be able to enter your credit card number in the integrated PayPal module, thus it will be created automatically for you. 


IMPORTANT: we use the highest level of protection by means of an encrypted link to the site through a SSL certificate, but even so we don't have access in any way to the details of the credit card which you use for payments. Your security is guaranteed by PayPal – a world leader in online payments.  
 

I want to cancel the scheduled time for the session, are you going to refund the paid amount?

If for any reason you are unable to meet your session hours, we recommend you cancel it at least 24 hours prior the session. Our advisors are highly sought after and many users are consulted. Why do I have to pay for the session in advance? What if I am not happy with it?

The time of our advisors is a valuable and highly sought after resource. In order to ensure that they hold a session at a convenient time for you, you need to make a firm commitment to them. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the service provided, you can read the “Terms & Conditions” section. There we describe the order in which you can claim a service provided by Advisor.live.

Why is there a difference in the prices of different Advisors?

The advisors participating in Advisor.live have a different profile, number of majors and workloads. For this reason, for some, the cost of session is higher than for others. Each advisor determines the price at which he provides his or her services, and our team has no decision about pricing.

Why is the consultation paid after there are other similar sites that offer free online consultations?
